<b><u>Moni Psenner</u></b> - Founder and Director of AIDVANCE

Moni’s professional experience in the development and humanitarian aid sector spans over more than 15 years. She has held a variety of management and leadership positions and has built and worked with intercultural and interdisciplinary teams and networks across Europe, Africa and Latin America.
Moni is the Founder and Director of AIDVANCE. She has 15 years experience working in the area of international development and humanitarian assistance with SOS Children’s Villages International (SOS CVI), an international child-rights based humanitarian and social development organization active in over 130 countries globally. As a trainer and facilitator she has worked mainly with African local associations. Her leadership track record extends from building and mentoring individuals to coaching and leading intercultural teams in the fields of emergency response and institutional partnership development. Actively involved in bringing necessary reforms to the international organization, she spearheaded the introduction of new disciplines and units including institutional funding and partnerships and humanitarian emergency response. In doing so, she has held senior management positions at the global SOS CVI federation including Continental Head of Disaster Preparedness and Response (2011-13) and leader of Institutional Partnership Development, a unit which developed from a small one-woman endeavor in 2006 to a full-fledged international department and global network of international cooperation and partnership brokering experts under her auspices. She is the lead author of the organizational handbook Institutional Funding Practical Guide and Toolkit which forms the basis for all organizational partnership processes in SOS CVI today. She has lived and worked both in Europe (European headquarter) and Africa.

Moni’s professional interests and specialties include organizational development and organizational risk assessment, strategic planning, conflict analyses and conflict-sensitive programming, sustainable program design, international partnership processes; and international humanitarian law, peace and conflict studies from a policy perspective.

Moni holds a graduate degree in language studies, and a diploma in export and international business activities from the University of Innsbruck / Austria. She is a trained crisis and contingency manager (UMIT, University of Medical and Life Sciences Hall/Austria). Currently she is studying International Affairs (MA) at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, Boston / United States.

<b><u>Jeremy Sandbrook</u></b> - Senior Associate

A Chartered Accountant by profession Jeremy specializes in the areas of integrity, anti-fraud and anti-corruption, governance, and program effectiveness & efficiency. He has over 10 years experience in a variety of leadership and management positions in the not-for-profit and international development arena.
As an international anti-corruption and NGO governance expert, Jeremy specializes in helping ‘corruption proof’ NGOs and other organizations operating in developing countries. A Chartered Accountant by profession, Jeremy has worked for organizations including Coopers & Lybrand (in New Zealand and Australia) and QANTAS Airways. He has also been CFO of a number of Australian public companies. For the past twelve years Jeremy has worked in the international development sector, ten of which were with SOS Children’s Villages International, firstly heading up the Malawian operations, before being appointed Deputy Continental Director (Western Europe, North America and Australia) based in Europe. During this time Jeremy was a board member of SOS Children’s Village’s in Australia, Canada, UK, Israel, and Hong Kong, and held the office of Special Advisor on Anti-Corruption.

Jeremy holds a Master of Philosophy, a Post Graduate Diploma in Development Studies, and a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration. He is a Senate Member of the Corruption Prevention Network (Australia) and a member of the Advisory Council of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (USA).

Jeremy has joined AIDVANCE as a senior associate from the very beginning, focusing on governance issues, risk management practices and assurance reviews.

<b><u>Oliver Bartels</u></b> - Senior Associate

Oliver has been working with organizations and individuals as a facilitator, trainer and coach for more than 10 years. He is specialized in organizational and leadership development and has worked with a multitude of corporates and organizations including many hundreds of people across the German-speaking countries, France, Scandinavia, and China.
Oliver’s field of expertise is human resource and organizational development. He is a seasoned leadership and management consultant with 15+ years experience in consulting small to medium and large-scale corporates and non-profits. He has developed curricula for coaching and leadership courses and trained countless individuals and groups. He has authored and co-authored and edited several publications including „Mein Erstes Mal“ (my first time), an exciting read for coaching novices and versed practitioners alike. His past experience and positions held include Leadership Development Facilitator, Program Designer & Consultant at Institute for Systemic Coaching Vienna / Austria and Hamburg/Germany; Director of Human Resources at Thalia-Buchhandlungen GmbH, market leader in the German speaking bookselling industry. He was also a lecturer for Change and Leadership (MBA programme) at Donau University, Krems / Austria.
Today, when Oliver is not busy consulting businesses and organizations you will find him lecturing university students on systemic organizational development and psychology at Fresenius University Hamburg / Germany.

Oliver has a graduate degree in law studies, specializing on labor law, from the University of Nuremberg / Germany. His professional interests and specialties include leadership and organizational development and learning, change management, systemic coaching and organizational psychology.

Oliver has joined AIDVANCE as a senior associate focusing on train-the-trainer and intercultural facilitation seminars.

<b><u>Nadine Pötscher</u></b> - Associate
Nadine Pötscher - AssociateConsultant, training and research assistant
Nadine has been working in the field of international development for 5 years where she has held positions in finance & project management, support of institutional partnership development and project leadership of cross-cultural capacity building initiatives. Over the years she has gathered experience in organizing and conducting trainings and interdisciplinary best practice sharing workshops for teams both in Europe and Latin America.
Nadine is currently working in hospitality management for a sustainable tourism project in Brazil. Her professional experience ranges from international project management in development cooperation to the organization and implementation of intercultural and interdisciplinary trainings. Nadine spent several years working in Latin America where she focused on knowledge management and the capacity development of civil society organizations. Her time in Latin America allowed her to gather substantive experience in working with decentralized, intercultural project teams. Together with her teams she engaged in financial process analysis and optimization, as a result of which she developed practical guidelines & tools for anti-fraud and internal control mechanisms.

Nadine holds a university degree in international social and economic sciences with a specialization in strategic leadership and management of human resources from the University of Innsbruck / Austria and the University of Córdoba, Argentina. Enthusiastic about culture and diversity, she speaks six languages, four of them fluently, and has strong intercultural competences.

Nadine’s professional interests and specialties include organizational development, organizational learning, human rights & education, sustainable development and sustainable tourism.

Nadine has joined AIDVANCE as training and research assistant on a freelance basis.

<b><u>Emmanuelle Huchet</u></b> - Associate
Emmanuelle Huchet - AssociateConsultant; capacity building, monitoring & evaluation specialist
Emma is a seasoned evaluator with her ten+ years of experience in development cooperation in the Maghreb and West Africa regions concentrating on health and social issues. The past five years she has spent as an independent consultant conducting evaluation missions for various actors (donors and non-governmental), capacity development and project support. A couple of years ago Emma decided to give in to her other passion. So, when she is not somewhere evaluating field operations, you will probably find her in the kitchen of her little brasserie in the small French coastal village Ault.
